The meta are the decks being used frequently to win. These are decks like Kozmo, Majespecters, Pepe, Magicians. Incase you're not aware of current meta this can mean Drulers or SB at their prime, fire fist or mermails at their prime etc.

Yes, of course. I think it could work if you tried your best and built the right cards, I just doubt the War Team recruiter will view it like that.
