You may like or dislike this list. Now in order for your feedback to actually be looked at, you must post in the following way. All other ways will be ignored if they are not constructive:

"(Something constructive here) However you should consider (Adding or removing) This card from the list because... (3 reasons at least)"

Special Rule: You cannot have more then 3 copys of 1 E-Dragon/Elemental Dragon. Meaning You can use them as techs, however you cannot run 3 copys of each elemental Dragon. You can only use 1 elemental dragon in your deck. (If anyone can make this simpler to understand go for it).

Does this banlist mean that we can ignore the actual banlist or is this an addition to the current Konami banlist?
Also, I suppose you meant to say that Magi of Prophecy is semi-limited.
As for the last part, you mean that we can only have 1 Element of the Dragon Rulers in our decks as techs, meaning either 3 Redox OR 3 Blaster OR 3 Tempest OR 3 Tidal, right?

This actually looks like fun, I think I might join.

Yes, This is a amendment to the TCG banlist for this RP.

2nd, Yes he is, thank you for catching my spelling mistake.

And the last part means you can only run either 3 copys of 1 Elemental Dragon in your deck or 1 copy of 3 Elemental Dragons.

Running only one copy of a Dragon makes them completely useless. In that case they could just be banned. I think it's fine the way it is right now.

No you don't get it ywall. No matter the name of the elemental dragon card you can only use 3 copies of it no mater the element. That means you can either have 1 elemental dragon with 3 copys of it or 3 elemental dragon with 1 copy of it. your choice.
